The MJ organised ‘Delivering the growth agenda -How local authorities can boost their business rate base’ in Central London on 23rd June, 2015.

This practical one-day conference aimed at local authorities and Local Enterprise Partnerships was addressed by leading regeneration and investment experts who gave their views on how local authorities and LEPs can attract new business into their areas.

BLJ’s CEO Steve Crane was one of the key speakers at the event. He presented ‘Attracting Inward Investment from Abroad: Case Studies’, giving handy tips and real life case scenarios to the audience.

The seminar was attended by local authority chief executives, leaders, regeneration portfolio holders, finance directors, inward investment managers, and regeneration and economic development directors.
