30th Oct 2013 – UKTI runs Oncology sector Mission to Japan
On behalf of UK Trade & Investment, Business Link Japan are recruiting for the Life Science Mission to Japan: Oncology.
During the week of the 3rd – 7th February, a select group of UK Oncology companies and research bodies will have the chance to visit Japan and participate in market visits to Tokyo and Osaka. During these visits you will benefit from a series of specialist seminars, 1-2-1 meetings with key industry members and the opportunity to showcase your product/service in two major Life Science hubs.
This is a unique chance to explore the world’s 2nd largest pharmaceutical and medical devices market and discover firsthand what opportunities Japan may present for you. A current total of £2.4 billion has been spent by the Japanese government on cancer control and, paired with internal research and development programmes, Japanese companies are increasingly looking to import innovative therapies, technologies and products from across the globe.
Participation costs range from £204 to £816, depending on the level of company exposure you require during the week.
